Who We Are?

Our Mission

The Mission of the Whittier Law School Alumni Association is to further the interests of the
alumni of Whittier Law School by providing educational, networking, and professional
development.  In addition, the Alumni Association aims to foster a network between alumni and
the legal and business communities; initiate programs and activities to support the alumni; and
raise money to further this mission.

Alumni Volunteer Opportunities

New Logo: During the years, Whittier Law School has had several logos. We would like to introduce a new logo for the Alumni Association to encompass all alumni. If anyone has experience as a graphic designer or is willing to host the cost to have a new logo designed, please contact us.

Shopify Account/Online Store: Alumni have expressed a desire to purchase Alumni merchandise. Due to the costs of potentially ordering merchandise that doesn’t sell, we would like to adopt a print-on-demand dropship model. We are looking for alumni that have experience with and are willing to volunteer their time in setting up a Shopify account and coordinating with our Executive Director for an Alumni Store that would be hosted through our website.

July Book Club Host & October Book Club Host: We are looking for alumni that would be interested in suggesting and hosting a virtual book club for July and another for October. If you are interested, please contact us with which book you would like to discuss and we’ll get event registration open. We’re hoping for a Halloween-related book in October!

Board of Directors: The Board of Directors meet virtually about 6-8 times a year. The Board is supported by an Executive Director to assist with maintenance of communications and event planning. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please reach out to us.
